Prepare Municipal drawings. Assist in scrutinizing municipal plans with liason engineers. Prepare Tender drawings Attend design Co-ordination Meeting Prepare working drawings/ IFC Drawings. Attend client’s co-ordination meeting as required. Desired Profile B.Arch from a reputed Architectural Institution in India. M.Arch in Urban Design from reputed university is a plus 4-5 years of experience in planning/ urban design/ architectural design Thorough understanding of AutoCAD. Knowledge of Sketchup is a plus. Eye for aesthetics. Good Communication skills a must. The candidate who has an experience in independently managing projects is a plus. Experience executing both, exterior as well as interior architecture is a definite plus.
