Roles & Responsibilities The Programme Director leads the implementation, development and iteration of the whole transformation project. This role requires working collaboratively with the client executives and stakeholders, as well as the architects, Digital Transformation Manager, Business Transformation Manager, Service Delivery Manager to design, execute, and lead multiple teams in implementing multiple phases for both Consumer telco business and Enterprise telco business. He is expected to coordinate the user experience across all digital touchpoints – web, mobile, digital marketing, social media, etc, to ensure the client’s objectives are being met. He is expected to measure the progress and outcomes of both the digital transformation goals, and the service delivery goals and continue to map where the organization wishes to be in a rapidly changing landscape. Responsibilities: Manage the programme for digital transformation and service delivery and ensure projects are delivered within agreed quality standards, risk parameters, timescales and budgets Lead the management team that controls a 300+ resources organization. Supervise managers, provide feedback and work on averting potential problems Ensure that resource is mapped adequately across programmes and that resource utilization is optimized Manage third party contributions to the programme, ensuring regular dialogue to promote problem solving, team working and risk sharing Deliver digital products to clear objectives, working with the Executive Team to set clear targets and measure progress towards them Ensure timely reporting to stakeholders on project timelines and progress, as well as SLAs and backlogs Rally the team in catching up in case of delays Managing the program budget, including risk allowance Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies The person: Has proven experience in actual Telco Digital Transformation Projects and/or Full IT outsourcing engagements Has worked in an SI capacity Digital experience (mix of functional and technical proficiency) across mobility, analytics and interactive Strong interpersonal skills, driven and energetic. Positive attitude and energy, accept challenges, a driver, and has tremendous passion to make a big difference Excellent organizational and time-management skills Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills Proactive problem solver
