This is a permanent position based in Murdoch, open to flexible working options including varying start/finishing times, part time and within school hours for the right candidate. Key responsibilities include: Preparing bank reconciliations on a daily basis Arranging transfers and preparing journals Review and approve expense claims and credit card expenditures in accordance with policy Prepare monthly payroll tax returns and annual payroll tax reconciliation Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and following up differences with relevant personnel Raising purchase requisitions and invoice preparation Managing unclaimed monies process Preparation of ABS Surveys Uploading Finance documents into document management system. Skills & experience: Working to deadlines Demonstrated experience in a similar role (experience in a corporate environment desirable). Well developed verbal and written communication skills Experience in either Oracle or JD Edwards essential Strong prioritisation and attention to detail.
