Summary: In this role, you will engage with member architects, engineers, contractors and other 3rd party resources to understand and capture member equipment and material purchases spend. You will manage member engagements concurrently with multiple projects. Responsibilities: Facilitate member meetings including c-suite, supply chain, materials management, facilities and construction. Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Maintain high billability, with a focus on delivery of member satisfaction. Oversee implementation of Tool Kit with member projects. Align facility spend with Vizient contracted suppliers. Manage supplier contract activation. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. 2 or more years of experience working with architects, facilities and contractors required. Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills required. Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
