JD for Resource Executive: Recruitment and Selection: Manage full spectrum of recruitment functions include sourcing, screening, interview arrangement for the potential candidates. Work closely with Project Director, Project Managers and Business Development Managers to understand their requirements in order to source and recruit suitable candidates. Prepare recruitment materials – candidates’ profile, competency summary, additional information and interview feedback form. Arrange interviews with technical person or person in charge. Furnish the relevant information and interview feedbacks to the Project Director. Make necessary arrangement for the Interviewers to meet / call the candidates for final interviews and offerings. Provide candidate’s profile and details to HR department for Hiring process. Provide the consultant’s engagement details to the clients Basic Requirements: At least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience At least 1year experience in recruiting / HR / related fields. High attention to detail Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook, Excel, and Power Point) Candidate who is keen for this role, pls provide: 1. Current Salary - RM 2.
