We have an exciting new opening for an HR Generalist based in Istanbul. The HR Generalist will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise. He or she will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and advice. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations, manager support and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between employee and management. Fluency in English Ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish tasks on a timely manner Proven experience in HR Excellent interpersonal skills Effective verbal and listening communications skills Analytical and problem solving skills Being responsible of the execution of end-to-end operations for all HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, terminations, employment relations management related issues, etc., Managing monthly pre-payroll processes with outsource Payroll Company which includes preparing the raw data for overtime calculations, meal and transportation allowances, leave payments, pension payments etc., Executing payment data preparation, providing necessary information flow between Finance – HR and Payroll Company and ensuring proper and on-time payment process, Acting as the key to ensure that all records are up to date with our current organization and primary contact for the projects developed, Ensuring the compliance to HR Policies and Procedures by all employees, Ensuring the Labor Law compliance of all HR processes, Supporting all training programs within the organization, Supporting the orientation of new hires to company processes, policies and standards. Preferred Education: Fluency in English Ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish tasks on a timely manner Proven experience in HR Excellent interpersonal skills Effective verbal and listening communications skills Analytical and problem solving skills Company Overview: English
