About the role: We are looking for people to join us in our modern contact centre in West Perth who are committed to working as a team by demonstrating a high level attention to detail, taking accountability for their actions and displaying an enthusiastic attendance work ethic. Having great communication skills and a genuine interest in providing a professional service when handling inbound customer calls is also important. It is extremely important that you can fully commit to up to 7 weeks of fulltime training if you join our team. This training must be completed in the set timeframe.
