Labour hire and software company seeks experienced Payroll Officer with responsibilities covering the functions of Bookkeeping and Administration, as well as the general tasks associated with a small office in a busy working environment. Suitable individuals must have a minimum of five years experience and particularly experience processing a large payroll (up to 350), with hundreds of new employees to be added to MYOB each year. Skills & Experience Knowledge of MYOB, including payroll. Experience in preparation of BAS, processing payroll transactions, payroll tax returns and workers compensation. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Excellent communication skills & attention to detail, both written and verbal. Experience in bookkeeping is a must. Able to work without supervision. With an immediate start, you will be required to hit the ground running, and as such, will have proven experience in MYOB and an ability to adapt. An intuitive grasp of software with proven ability to transfer from desktop applications to the cloud is also a plus. This is a rare opportunity only become available for the first time in 14years!
