About Sensient Technologies

An experienced and driven Sales Account Manager is required to join our commercial team, candidates to be field based in Czech, Hungary, or Poland and report directly to the Sales Manager. You will be part of the European commercial team. You will develop agricultural and industrial colour sales in the central and Eastern Europe region, with a particular focus upon the seed colourant market. Responsibilities Selling value-added solutions and ingredients within the industrial and agricultural industries Creatively growing existing business and obtaining new customer accounts Effectively developing and expanding a strong customer relationship at all relevant levels, handling large accounts and partner with decision makers for innovative new product development projects Delivering accurate short and medium term sales plans and forecasts based on analysis with regard to sales, cost, markets, new business development and customers Contributing information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts Leverage Sensient's internal resources such as marketing, product development, technology & innovation, manufacturing and distribution Education & Experience Around 5-10 years of successful business and B2B sales experience in the industrial ingredients industry A Bachelor Degree in economics, scientific discipline, i.e. chemistry, technical or similar education Very good English language skills (fluent in spoken and written), other additional language proficiencies are an advantage Excellent communication skills, experience in working both autonomously as well as in a team Willing and able to travel to multiple customers throughout the assigned territory About Sensient Colors Sensient Color Group is a leading developer, producer and supplier of natural and synthetic color systems for customers around the globe.
