Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of Financial Operations Deliver accurate and timely financial projections, forecasts, and analysis of relevant financial and operational information as required for the Management’s team Utilize data analysis and leverage business intelligence to make informed organizational decisions Work with all teams and operations to help optimize financial performance and efficiencies and evaluate current spending to drive resource optimization Maintain internal control, balance sheet reviews and monthly closing process Develop and ensure financial controls are followed in accordance with company / HQ procedures Assess current accounting operations, offer recommendations for improvement and implement new processes Ensure quality and timeliness of financial reporting to HQ Lead special finance projects Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent At least 10 years of relevant working experience in accounting/finance preferably in a IT company High level of integrity and dependability Work well under pressure and with the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously with a self-starting, pro-active approach. Proven leader that can motivate, manage, and maximize capacity of a team Possess Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving skills Excellent people management skills and communication skills. Ability to speak, read and write Korean to communicate with HQ located in Korea and business associates
