You will be joining a team with offices across Europe and working within a fast paced environment. You will be a driven individual, who is very adaptable to new technologies. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional 3rd line support to customers Document and report issues to the project manager Be responsible for the maintenance of the IT systems Troubleshoot and diagnose issues Identify trends and report to the team Communicate with other offices around Europe Monitor a Hyper-V environment Essential Criteria: Degree in IT related subject Minimum 6 years experience in an IT role Adaptable to working with new technologies Driver's license Excellent communication skills Experience with Hyper-V and VMWare Experience with a Windows environment and Active Directory Knowledge of networking This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate IT Support Engineer looking for a progressive environment.
