Rentcars.com is one of largest car rental platform in the globe. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and increase digital media results across countries. We are looking for a person who is passionate about Digital Marketing and is constantly looking for innovations for online business models and motivated to provide the best result possible increasing the ROI. Responsibilities: Manage the SEM budget across countries (outside of Brazil) and products to meet revenue, CPA, and ROAS targets; Work closely with search engine partners such as Google to ensure that best practice is implemented across all activity and the team is included in all relevant new products/features;. Work with the team to optimize performance media such as Bing, Facebook Ads and retargeting; Develop breakthrough insights and translate them into concrete actionable recommendations for the product management team to ensure full optimization of the landing page experience; Be responsible for growing our customer base globally; Gather, analyze and present campaign and media data through statistical reports; Work with display media, knowledge of audience segmentation required, tool and ads configuration, and understanding of key performance metrics such as clicks, CTR, conversions, conversion rate, among others; Support in strategic media planning, defining action plans for seasonal events; Accountable for the SEM results while responsible to present to senior management in a high level maner Negotiate and expand media channels seeking the best opportunity internationally; Develop and execute large media plans for campaigns from multiple global markets; Analyze and optimize the company's media accounts and investments; Monitor travel corridors with the Business Development team, identifying opportunities and directing media efforts for greater profitability. Requirements: Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Administration or equivalent; Fluency in Portuguese and English; An additional language is a plus; Advanced knowledge of Office Excel; Experience in SEM, PPC in B2C/e-commerce, Metasearch, including demonstrable experience leading and managing paid campaigns in Google Ads. App acquisition campaigns are also a big plus; Experience managing Performance campaigns targeting countries outside of Brazil (e.g. USA) Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics 360 and Google Data Studio. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels (conversion rate optimization) is a big plus; Desirable Google AdWords qualification certification; Knowledge of good practices for planning and execution of brand building campaigns (Display and Video); Basic knowledge about Google Tag Manager.
