If you’re passionate about coaching a team, are great at building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to really uncover their needs and want to utilise your knowledge and love of L&D in an organisation that’s truly bought into the value of continuous learning – then this is the role for you. You will be managing a team of L&D practitioners who are forward-thinking, creative and driven by the value they add. In addition, you’ll join a supportive and connected Management team, working collectively to provide leadership in the People and Change function. You’ll be managed by the Head of Organisational Development who will ensure you get the support and direction you need to thrive in the role. The closing date for applications is 26th February 2020.
