What we’re doing… The Associate Go to Market Manager plays a significant role in ensuring that the Developer Sales Team are equipped to communicate our products and services to customers across Australia as effectively as possible. The Developer team works with apartment developers, project marketers, home builders, land developers and advertising agencies. They promote their projects and new homes through a suite of world class display and classified media products across Australia’s favourite property websites and mobile apps, realestate.com.au and realcommercial.com.au. The Associate GTM Manager is pivotal for the effective implementation of new products and services across the Developer portfolio. A few ways you’ll support the team: Support the management of sales-based communications across the wider sales group Training and understanding customer opportunities to identify areas for growth and improvement Development and ongoing publishing of the Weekly Sales Newsletters Assist in the organisation and planning of Sales Advisory Board meetings and communicate findings to key stakeholders Travel interstate to support sales teams and provide training Development of compelling training and communications packs for sales teams Who we’re looking for… Demonstrated ability to work within an agile and fast paced environment – it is common to have projects, accountabilities and role scope changed frequently! Strong analytical capabilities and excellent numeracy skills Strong PowerPoint and other presentation document form ability Ability to correlate results from data analysis to stakeholders and to suggest improvements. Demonstrated initiative & problem-solving skills with a service focus. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence co-workers from multiple disciplines on a daily basis Tertiary qualifications in appropriate discipline or extensive commercial experience in a similar environment But we don’t just look for someone based on their skills and expertise.
