All about QA At QA, we’re specialists in technology and provide comprehensive talent and training services that help individuals and companies succeed. There are several aspects to our business, focussing on learning and training delivery, and content. Apprenticeships – QA offers tech and digital apprenticeships from Level 3 (GCSE) to Level 7-degree apprenticeships in England and Scotland. We’ve delivered over 35,000 programmes, and currently deliver apprenticeships internationally in nine countries, including the USA, France, Spain, Germany and the Middle East. Programme areas include Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data, Analytics, AI, DevOps, Digital Marketing, IT, Software Development and Professional Management. Learning and Training – this part of QA provides c.2,200 different courses and certifications, plus bespoke learning solutions and Managed Learning Services. Our programmes include Cyber Security, Agile, DevOps, Project Management, Leadership, Digital Transformation, Data, Analytics and AI. QA is the UK’s largest AWS Training Partner and we’ve been delivering authorised AWS technical training courses for nearly 10 years. In addition, we deliver 70% of the UK’s cloud training. All of this content is in-house, and can be incorporated into apprenticeship programmes, provide follow on content or additional learning pathways outside the apprenticeship. Our blended learning approach, Total Learning, is a combination of face-to-face, online and real-world workplace training. QA Talent – QA's Talent programme recruits, trains and deploys individuals with high potential and from varied backgrounds. We develop their technology skills and help organisations fill their skills gaps. Our recruiting focuses upon inclusivity and diversity and we consequently have a direct impact on diversity in the tech industry. We’ve placed QA Talent AWS Technology consultants into several leading AWS customers and partners. QA also has a MSA to deploy QA Talent Consultants directly into AWS ProServe. Higher Education – we offer 88 higher education programmes through partnerships with seven Universities: Northumbria, Solent, Ulster, Middlesex, London Metropolitan, Roehampton and South Wales. Courses range from foundation level to postgraduate degrees. Cloud Academy. We acquired Cloud Academy in 2019. Cloud Academy is a leading digital training platform, featuring guided learning paths, hands-on labs and skill assessments. The platform supports not just our clients and their learners but also our apprentices and consultants on their skills journey, ensuring learning extends beyond the classroom and is embedded in developing workplace skills. Cloud Academy is built on an AWS technology platform. Circus Street complements our Cloud Academy platform and helps global organisations grow their e-commerce, digital marketing and related skills though our market-leading, subscription-based, digital platform. Circus Street content will start to be integrated into our apprenticeships from 2022 – watch this space!
