Our new Business Controller will join the Business Controlling team which is responsible for the preparation of the monthly P&L including business performance monitoring and commenting the financial performance (P&L package) to Local Management. Other exciting responsibilities are the financial planning/budgeting processes including optimal resource and planning across departments. A part of the business performance monitoring also include the assessment of financial possibilities and support for the preparation of monthly “Risk and Opportunities” which is done in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing. The Business Controlling team is also responsible of supporting and act as a proactive partner for the on-going digitalization based on the IT-roadmap, which also include the utilization of Power-BI and to maintain/develop finance communication to support our important role as Business Partner to all stakeholders. The Business Controller report to the CFO of Pernod Ricard Denmark. As our new Business Controller you will be charge of: The P&L from a Finance point of view and to ensure the P&L is done accurate and the related accruals/provisions are done properly and well documented. Ensure an efficient monitoring of the financial developments of the company within the framework of the Budget, Estimates and Monthly Reporting’s and reporting of observations to CFO and Local Management Group. Develop/maintain tools and platforms to prepare the in-depth analysis of the financial performance with focus on customers and brands performance (all elements from volume to contribution margin (€ and litres). Reliable PRISMA (Hyperian) reporting and management of IT tools such as NAV BI, Power BI, Jedox, etc. Set up KPI’s and help other departments (sales, marketing etc.) within the framework of their analysis e.g. business case assessments. Grant the respect of accounting Group standards and the reliability of all financial information. Challenge the existing procedures by applying continuous business performance and cost control mechanisms. Ensure the development and/or drive changes of the information system within business controlling (BI tool), planning (Jedox) and/or ERP.
