We are looking for ART Director: Do you have that creative knack to solve new industry challenges with a sense of business, marketing and design? We are looking for professionals with adequate, real-time skillset with work experience in designing, video making and presentation tools in the media campaigns. They should have that skill set to deliver the business’s message to the client in an appealing manner. He should have that skill set and patience to collaborate with sales and marketing team to understand the mindset of the target audience. Know your work: Make sure that you deliver the client’s message with the creatives in the most conveying fashion. As an Art Director, you would be responsible for the visual aspects of media campaigns and advertising. You would be acting according to the vision set by your team. You should be capable of working with copywriter and designer, generate profound ideas and present it to your client in a compelling manner. You should design and develop more tactical and conceptual campaigns. Explain your creative ideas in the form of sketching, Photoshop, photography, illustration, etc. Possess the ability to take up your idea to the art director for pre-production, production and post-production. Analyze campaign performance with the help of digital marketing and make pertaining decisions based on it. The knack to develop the overall look or style of a publication, an advertising campaign, or a theatre, television, or film set Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments Develop detailed budgets and timelines What do you need to apply: Proven experience as an art director with minimum 5+ years of experience working on Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools such as Coral draw, presentation tools like PowerPoint and Keynote Relevant work experience in being a part of advertising campaigns, theatre, film set, media or television Should have wide expertise in current industry trends in design, photography, art and illustrations A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail Have a solid knowledge of photography and video production with a drive towards excellence Excellent communication skills with the leadership ability to communicate about the prototype, pre-production, production and post production processes to the team Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines with team player abilities Exceptional working ability with layout, typography and prototyping Should possess an ability to develop and design more concept-oriented campaigns and ideas pertaining to the consumer journey ecosystem Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field being an added bonus What You Get: Amazing workplace and colleagues in the IT corridor of Bangalore Competitive salary at par with the best in the industry Immense exposure to new technologies Notice Period & Location: Notice Period – Immediate Location – Bangalore
