In close collaboration with our partner Personio we are currently looking you as their new Director of Technology Platform (m/f/d) in the heart of Munich. Personio is a fast growing and extremely successful German startup that develops and offers a holistic HR Management Platform for corporations. To become Europe’s leading HR Software and add further chapters to their success story they are now introducing the new Director of Technology Platform role! WHAT YOU DO You create and further develop the technology platform organization including org building, hiring, capacity planning and budgeting You define a highly scalable, secure and sustainable tech platform and move it to the next level You are responsible for the tech core stack as well as leading the teams of Infrastructure, Development, QA und Security You closely collaborate with the Vice President of Engineering, the Director of Product Engineering and the CTO to shape the tech future of Personio THIS IS YOU You are a self-starter by impact, a background in Computer Sciences is a plus but your drive, mindset and experience is more important than your degree You provide strong organizational skills and an entrepreneurial drive with a history of hiring, mentoring and developing high-performing team You have a deep understanding of IT topics like SaaS, Software Development/DevOps, Security, Infrastructure etc. You are absolutely familiar with building and scaling a state-of-the-art, performant and secure tech infrastructure ideally in an international environment You are comfortable in a fast-paced startup culture and are driven by change and improvement You are fluent in English, whereas German or Spanish is a plus WHAT YOU GET Market-proven, well-funded and fast-growing company ($54.3M funding acquired to date) Your chance to play a decisive role in shaping Personio and have a direct impact on the daily work of hundreds of thousands of users Development budget per year for attending conferences, courses, buying books.
