Responsibilities Controlling and ordering documentation for logistical transport Extract high-value equipment from customers all over the world and have it returns to the Head Office Setting up shipments and distribution from beginning to completion Managing all shipments and distribution via email and telephone Chasing outstanding deliveries from couriers Managing the costing and receipts Responding to all queries Experience & Skills Must have experience working in an office environment and dealing with administrative tasks Must have excellent numeracy and communication skills Competent with Microsoft Office software (in particular Outlook) Experience dealing with customers via email Good organization skills Shipping/courier knowledge is beneficial but not required Benefit Friday lunch brought to the office Payday drinks in the office bar Bonuses * Benefits: Bonus scheme Reference ID: OS1293963 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £18,000.00 to £24,000.00 /year Education: A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
