Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will work on projects across the remit from strategic change initiatives, regulatory changes and general process improvements. Working with multi-disciplinary teams, internal stakeholders, third party development partners and external stakeholders as appropriate. The role requires knowledge and experience of best practices of Continuous Improvement and Quality Management disciplines. This role will require a collaborative approach in working with colleagues both within and outside the Change Hub. It will also require flexibility and adaptability to ensure the business continues to deliver according to its needs. Responsibilities Working with CI colleagues, product managers; and service managers to conduct root cause analysis reviews to determine metrics, troubleshoot on operational processes and to identify continuous improvement projects. Support the delivery of CI projects and initiatives, ensuring the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on and managed at all times. Facilitate process improvement projects, training/workshops. Pro-actively drive continuous improvement changes to live processes and products, to improve the customer journey and drive efficiencies. Work closely with CI managers in the Change hub to help build knowledge, skills and capability in CI within the wider team. Ensure best practice standards are set and adhered to across the CI portfolio. Complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects.
