The position This exciting new role sits with the Biopharm team in our Zurich-based offices and reports directly to the VP of Rare Endocrine. The individual will be part of the Global Marketing team supporting the strategy development of our core disease areas as well as developing our commercial congress strategy and execution within rare endocrine. The person will also be responsible for budget management and analysis of disease area spend across the franchise. The Global Project manager will actively be involved in key projects that support the entire franchise and will have a voice at the table in decision making and strategic operational execution. This exciting developmental role allows the Project Manager to be responsible for the hiring of interns and sourcing additional resources in our Bangalore offices to support the area and administrative tasks of the VP. The position offers a diverse role with a wide range of tasks. It requires strong administrative and organisational skills, a high degree of independence and attention to detail as well as the ability to handle diverse information of varying levels of confidentiality. An ability to prioritize, readiness to action, and an initiative to react and seek alternative solutions as well as be proactive when needed are part of everyday functioning in this position. The candidate must possess excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills and possess a proactive as well as supportive attitude for the well-functioning of the team.
