Program Manager – FR/EN NSI -CEGEKA Group is based in Luxembourg and Belgium. The company celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2018. NSI is a provider of value-added IT services (Agile application development, ERP, cloud infrastructure, professional services) for the private and public sectors. You are in charge of project planning and control and provides support for multiple project. Your main responsibilities Initiate, execute and complete projects Perform risk analysis Project coordination Ensures that milestones are met and agreed deliverables are supplied in due time Take charge of communications within projects (meetings, reports and presentations) Control/monitor progress, quality for projects and provide feedback to the Project Coordinator and project sponsor Identify and solve problems occurring in projects Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience of project management within the concerned technological domains (Data Base, application server, business intelligence etc.) You have an IT Degree Professional qualifications in project management Fluent in English. An others languages is considered like an asset. You have: knowledge of IT Service Management processes and best practice (such as ITIL), in particular in the areas of service level management knowledge in using Microsoft applications, including: Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio. PRINCE2/PMI Certification.
