The Role: We are currently looking for an Assistant General Manager - Camping to support operations in our venue in Washington State, The Gorge. The AGM will report to the GM and, in addition to supporting overall venue operations, will take full responsibility for all aspects of camping operations. This is an exciting opportunity for operations leaders who are looking to take their career to the next level with the largest global entertainment brand. Responsibilities: Provides overall leadership and support for all staff and management through leading by example and through strengthening a culture that values going above and beyond to deliver an amazing fan experience Manages physical plant/facility to ensure proper maintenance and repair of the overall venue Works closely with local, state and governmental organizations to maintain compliance and to foster community and partner relations that will further the interests of the company and venue important community figures Retains positive talent relations by developing a solid understanding of the music industry, to ensure that artists and industry representatives have positive experiences in the venue Delegates day of show tasks, inspects each department/area and provides real time feedback in order to improve the guest experience Recruiting, training, and managing core camp team Creates and maintains framework for strong interdepartmental collaboration and communication to effectively implement and achieve goals across the organization Assist GM with tracking and managing budget on fixed expense operational disciplines, such as rental equipment and labor expense Step in as acting GM if needed Responsible for budgeting and overseeing cash operations and cost management, working with Seattle finance on developing and executing cash reconciliation procedures Assist with planning and executing capex projects Planning, budgeting and managing event operations; including but not limited to traffic, parking, security, cleaning, guest services and DOS ticket sales Participate in developing long and short-term plans for revenue growth and cost control measures Develops new revenue streams including programming, F&B promotions, talent, and retail Oversee day to day operations and maintenance of the campground and the set up and tear down for the season Responsible for budgeting and overseeing cash operations and cost management, working with Seattle finance on developing and executing cash reconciliation procedures Assist with developing and implementing ancillary revenue concepts in the campground Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager or Operations Manager in a live entertainment, camping or multi-unit hospitality related business Must be willing to relocate State or county required Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent Requires excellent communication skills, both verbally and written Expertise in profitability analysis and budgeting required Exhibits strong problem-solving skills in long term and immediate situations Ability to perform all job duties and responsibilities If the above description sounds like you and fits your background, apply online at www.livenationentertainment.com/careers to join the Live Nation Entertainment team today!
