This position is responsible for executing olfactive strategy to support the overall success of the (category/customer) strategy maintaining regional or global visibility, internally/externally and also supporting the fragrance selection and identify new winning fragrances for incoming briefs and ensure the timeline and budget requirements are met. Main Responsibilities are: Provide olfactive guidance and sources of inspiration to stimulate perfumers creativity Balance the use of the library and perfumery new creations to optimize resources Develop fragrances pro-actively with perfumers in accordance with future trends and clients’ portfolios Respect brief constraints (price, deadline, toxicology, etc…) Create Fragrance Development Strategy to develop the winning successful proposal to customer briefs or proactive programs. Coordinate local / regional / global resources when appropriate Lead fragrance history and representation with perfumers and marketing: olfactive description and pyramid, fragrance structure, argument, specific claims, etc. Job Requirements Required Skills Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemistry. Execellent olfactive capabilities. Creative and able to come up with new ideas which are easy to implement Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong project management skills, able to think independently. Should be a team player, open minded, embraces diversity. Proficiency in any other foriegn language is beneficial Required Experience Experience in fragrance development / evaluation is prefered. Experience working on cross categories is an advantage.
