We are looking for Infor M3 Manufacturing Consultants for our client who is a global leader in connected car technology, lifestyle audio innovations, professional audio and lighting solutions, and design and analytics. Role and Responsibilities Your primary responsibility will be to implement the Infor M3 Demand Planner system and related business solutions for our global customers. As a Demand Planner consultant, you will be responsible for implementing activities including business process analysis, DMP configuration, testing, key user training and support. Provide in depth application and business consultation in targeted processes. Analyze customers' business requirements objectives; develops business processes to meet customers' business needs. Model to-be business processes in the Infor DMP application. Document and communicate the planned use of the Infor M3 DMP application. Work as an integral part of the project team coordinating activities with the project manager and working effectively with customers and the team members of all levels. Review of AS- IS processes of customer and recommend best practices to improve overall process performance and set up KPI framework. Qualifications, Skills and Experience A Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Business Administration or a similar. Certification and / or Licenses - Preferred: APICS Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management (CFPIM). Experience in Forecasting, supply planning, production planning, or similar Supply Chain roles. Experience in aggregating and summarizing large amounts of historical data and identifying trends or problems. Ability to extract and analyze data using SQL queries. Understanding relational database structures. Experience in packaged supply chain planning software. Knowledge of key demand planning and inventory performance metrics, turns, margin contributions, etc. General understanding of the elements of the supply chain process and understands the information flow throughout the demand and supply planning process. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Prior experience in Info M3 ERP solutions. Minimum of 5 years' experience implementing ERP projects, out of which minimum 3 Years’ experience in Infor M3/ Movex. Good business documentation skills. Excellent team player and Excellent communication. Excellent presentation skills. Good command of English both speaking and writing. This is a 12-month contract position with possible extension in future. Remote work option is available. To successful incumbent candidate need to be at client’s site whenever required.
