Responsibilities and Duties Develop construction details that comply with the overall design intent and project budget * Prepare complete and concise design and construction drawings including checking and coordinating details and dimensions * Conduct existing conditions survey * Research materials for specific projects * Ongoing review and checking of the documents for accuracy and completeness * Assist in checking submittals and responding to requests for information KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES * Professional Degree in Architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience 1 to 2 years architectural experience, except for those recently graduated from a professional degree program * Working knowledge of construction techniques and related coordinating details and dimensions * Experience in BIM model building for building construction projects or equivalent education background * Working knowledge of construction techniques and related coordinating details and dimensions * Understanding of all current code requirements Job Type: Full-time Salary: $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 /year Experience: commercial architecture: 8 years (Preferred) BIM MODEL: 2 years (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
