ISTA Solutions is looking for Medical Allied graduates with license for its US Healthcare Case Management Account (Semi Back Office). Qualifications: * Must be a Medical Allied Course graduate with license * Knowledgeable in MS Office * Willing to work in Makati on a Night Shift schedule * With more than 6 months BPO experience handling any US Healthcare Account like Claims, Benefits, Durable Medical Equipment, Diabetic Testing Supplies and a like * Must be familiar with Medicare and Medicaid * With good to excellent verbal and written communication skills Salary Package: 29,000 to 34,000 inclusive of the following: * 25,000 to 30,000 basic pay * 10% Night Differential * 1,500 Attendance Bonus * HMO with dependents, 18 PTO credits per year (10 PTO is convertible to cash) Work Location: * Makati Work Schedule: * 9PM-6AM Mondays to Fridays, Fixed Weekends Off Hiring Process: * initial interview * operations interview * final interview * job offer Interested applicant may walk-in at our office from Mondays to Fridays around 3 PM to 7 PM.
