Our integrated solution includes - financial solutions As US healthcare moves towards value based care, payers will shift from paying to push patients into hospitals to paying for intelligent, proactive care that improves patient health by avoiding inappropriate hospital admissions. Adapting to these changes will require providers to clearly identify within their target population individuals most at risk of expensive, repetitive or catastrophic healthcare events that drive cost and lead to morbidity/mortality. An analysis and assessment of identified patients may then be utilized to create prioritised care and treatment solutions for high risk patient cohorts. For patients living with long standing, multiple chronic conditions, key findings, diagnoses and illness subtleties are likely to be missed, particularly as the process of caring for them becomes more disparate, specialty based and complex. A thorough chart review of patients historical documents is likely to unearth these findings, events or risk factors. If appropriately captured and tabulated, a more faithful image of the patient’s risk profile or risk factors is likely to get established (via their RAF/HCC or other scores). Such a tabulation and calibration of risk factors can create Responsibilities and Duties As a leading US healthcare clinical services player, IKS is looking for qualified physicians to build, deliver, standardise and scale such service(es) and solutions to its clients. The key responsibilities of the job may include: - Ability to review the patient’s longitudinal medical record & triage potential conditions based on symptoms, medications, labs, clinical notes, social & family history among other data points. - Understanding value-based healthcare in the US particularly key concepts associated with patient risk, major conditions, medical coding and comorbidities driving healthcare utilisation and consumption, and key shifts in value based care. - Conducting deep and thorough evaluation(s) of patient documents to identify missed diagnoses, gaps in care and/or other evidence of risks, diseases and occurrences that could meaningfully increase the patient’s risks for a poor outcome Qualifications and Skills Successful candidates shall bring the following skills and qualifications to the role: Is a qualified MBBS doctor with or without postgraduate degrees (clinical PG, MHA/MPH/MBA may be helpful but not essential) Has strong clinical knowledge base with a proven practice experience; demonstrated clinical acumen, attention to detail and thoroughness to conduct detailed chart reviews, patient history analyses and clinical evidence assessment Bring real problem solving skills, strong written and oral communication skills to condense findings into actionable reports and recommendations. Skills, expertise and interest in healthcare technology, public health, healthcare management and practice management to build and scale our services over time Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative skills and team/client management skills to work with team members, fellow clinicians and engage with client personnel Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 to ₹1,300,000.00 /year Experience: work: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred) Benefits: Health insurance Industry: Physicians & Surgeons
