Responsibilities and Duties Following the Training Plan as per the project Following the Activity cum Lesson Planner Conducting Assessments on Time Evaluation of the candidates performance Designing plan to improve the performance Training delivery method using best training practices Performance of candidates in formative assessments Performance of candidates in summative assessments Training candidates for interviews Qualifications and Skills Min. Qualification : BCA / BSc Computer / BTech Good communication skills, pleasing personality, excellent teaching skills.
