About The Role We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to run and manage a new Helly Hansen branded retail store that will be opening April 2nd. As a Store Manager, you will report directly to the Australian Retail Manager and be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, sales attainment, financial growth, provision of the highest level of service and overseeing all facets of the store. You must be focused on sales and how to achieve them through your team, whilst creating a positive and uplifting working environment and working with multiple KPI’s. Skills & Experience · Strong retail experience, passionate about sales and meeting KPI's · Managing Sales, margin % and wage budgets. · Operationally confident · Minimum 2 years management experience · Ability to performance manage, recruit and uphold brand standards. · Undertake operational activities including rostering, inventory management, VM, reporting and maintain staff training · Identify, communicate and resolve loss prevention issues · Recognise sales opportunities · Building regular customers, & promoting the Helly Hansen brand · Upholding impeccable store standards / High attention to detail · A passion for watersports, snow or the general outdoors · Proficient in Microsoft Excel + MS Office · Display a basic understanding of key business drivers Benefits & Rewards · Generous Salary + Super · Bonus Structure · Growing international business with more to come · Generous uniform allowance & staff discount · Be part of a great work culture How To Apply: If Helly Hansen sounds like the perfect fit select the 'apply ' link to submit your application.
