* Amplify Gushcloud’s reach around the world * Represent Gushcloud to media outlets, online influencers, industry representatives, thought leaders, and relevant people * Drive positive media coverage showcasing the organization’s initiatives through media relations, press releases, speaking engagements, news features, and other initiatives * Protect and enhance the company’s reputation and ensure its position as the leading influencer marketing, talent, and entertainment company * Draft media replies and FAQs * Handle crisis communications Ensure that each country’s communication strategy is aligned with the regional direction CORE RESPONSIBILITIES EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION * Work closely with Group CEO and relevant department heads on alignment regarding external corporate communication for all regional offices * Work with approved media outlets to increase company’s brand exposure * Manage international media relations * Identify and create media opportunities to profile Gushcloud messages and news globally * Engage local communities successfully by closely working with local corporate communications representative through strategic and tactical communications * Oversee and develop multi-format content around corporate announcements for media and other relevant channels * Monitor and opportunistically leverage industry news Proactively manage any media situations especially in times of crisis INTERNAL COMMUNICATION * Coordinate closely with Group CEO to provide communications counsel to internal stakeholders * Drive internal communication from leadership team to the rest of the units by drafting official notices, company news, announcements, memos, and speeches * Work closely with Corp Communication teams and Operations Managers from each country to ensure alignment * Organize and oversee regional media events, and support country teams to tell impactful corporate stories EVENTS & SOCIAL MEDIA * Own and manage all social media accounts of each country * Manage company events and drive brand exposure via social media * Track, analyze, and report social media metrics and evaluate ROI of Gushcloud social media handles. WORK EXPERIENCE: * 3 to 5 years of professional experience in corporate communications or a related field, ideally in the Media Sector * Ability to think strategically and translate technical information into messages that are relatable and impactful * Proven track record in media relations across the region * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication in English * Strong presentation skills in English * Team player and efficient collaborator * Excellent management skills * Self-starter with a high degree of personal initiative and drive * Able to build teams in a multicultural environment * High energy and able to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously * Good time management and accountable for multiple parties at once * Willing to travel outside the country often SKILLS: * Ability to think strategically and translate technical information into messages that are relatable and impactful * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication in English * Strong presentation skills in English * Self-starter with a high degree of personal initiative and drive * Able to build teams in a multicultural environment * High energy and able to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously * Good time management and accountable for multiple parties at once Job Type: Full-time Experience: Communications: 3 years (Preferred) Location: Manila (Required) Language: English (Required) Benefits: Health Insurance Signing Bonus Flexible Work Hours Travel Opportunities
