We are looking for a high caliber, creative and energetic individual to fill in the following position: For information about aspara, please visit www.aspara.hk Main Responsibilities Production / Manufacturing Management Lead new product introduction to subcontracted factories from building prototypes to running pilot run and mass production to meet product spec and production requirements Monitor suppliers’ productions and provide manufacturing technical support and procedure to achieve best production time schedule and best cost performance Set up new assembly lines and corresponding manufacturing facilities Prepare and submit frequent status update and supplier performance reports Quality Assurance Ensure product quality and reliability to meet regulations and obtain relevant testing certifications for material/process/product safety. Develop, manage, maintain and improve a quality system, which will include defining its requirements, overseeing and approving the quality management system documents Responsible for the proper application of the QA policy within our suppliers Drive continuous improvement, simplification and efficiencies of the QC processes Requirements – Skills and abilities Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or at least 8 - 10 years at manufacturing manager level in consumer electronic product Possess strong leadership and managerial skills with sound problem solving techniques Good team player; Proactive, detailed and commercially minded Proficient with production and operations in a factory environment Strong tech background Good command of both spoken and written English and fluent in Mandarin We offer flexible work days, bank holiday, annual leave, MPF and result bonus to the right candidate.
