MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Plans the stock of packaging according to the production planning; Orders the packaging requirements through the clients' portals or by email Responsible for the implementation of packaging specifications; Maintains database accuracy, containing packing specifications; Performs the calculation of the packaging stock and places orders accordingly; Follow the evolution of packaging stocks; Track customer packaging stocks by operating specific software programs (eg. SAP, Excel) Responsible for checking the packing stock by analyzing how many turbochargers has been sent to the clients vs. how many packages has been sent YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree in engineering Good knowledge of English Good knowledge of PC (Word, Excel) Proactive and analytical skills WE VALUE Individuals that remains current on packaging innovations throughout the industry and proliferates leading technologies Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts Diverse and global teaming and collaboration skills Proven ability to maintain accurate and compliant documentation High level of creativity and independence in the design and development of new or improved packaging processes, systems, prototypes and projects Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience Some packaging engineering experience This is an exciting time to join Garrett Motion!
