We are building up our Talent Acquisition team and are now searching for you, Talent Acquisition Specialist, to help our exceptional Framery team grow. You will work closely with Business Partners in the People & Culture team and hiring managers to establish strategies for attracting the top talent, manage the recruitment process, and close candidates for various positions ensuring the smooth candidate flow and the best candidate experience. You will contribute to building Framery's employer brand and recruitment marketing in addition to sourcing of candidates through LinkedIn, social media and other relevant channels. The position will be based in Framery's headquarters in Tampere. To set you up for success we are looking for Strong experience in recruitments in a global environment, direct sourcing and different recruitment channels Passion to build a personalized candidate experience and create new ways of finding the best candidates Ability and will to act as a culture carrier and the first contact to potential new Framerians An autonomous and collaborative working style focused on finding win-win solutions Excellent self-leadership skills as well as interpersonal skills Experience in organizing and taking part in the employer branding initiatives Fluency in both spoken and written English and Finnish Talent Acquisition is critical for Framery's success and its importance is understood throughout the whole organization.
