About Fix Network

Fix Network requires an Accountant to be in charge of the full accounting cycle, including, amongst other tasks, bookkeeping, analyze monthly financial statements and oversee accounts payable and corporate credit cards. More specifically, the Accountant will: Supervise the bookkeeping of accounts (including, but not limited to, making journal entries and account reconciliations) of the business; Keep accurate and complete records of all financial and administrative activities; Provide, revise and update internal reports so that they are more convenient and efficient, then provide external reports, as needed; Prepare monthly billing to franchisees; Support for internal billing verification and follow-up of procedures related to new franchisees; Preparation and verification of accounts payable and corporate credit card reports; Prepare the analysis and regularly monitor the cash flows; Follow up on the collection of accounts receivable from the company; Preparation, verification and accounting of payroll; Preparing the monthly tax return for consumption; Prepare monthly dashboards to provide simplified financial information to operations, facilitating decision-making and monitoring of results; Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts; And much more!
