Arranges customer product returns and credit authorizations Audits customer orders for completeness and accuracy related to Festo processes, delivery dates, document quotations, and orders Partners with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer issues Provides Festo website and catalogue navigation for products and services Supports existing and potential customers as well as Festo sales staff and Festo sales partners Offers product solutions in response to individual customer needs Acts as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to lost shipments and backorders Manages the ordering process by coordinating and communicating expected delivery times and handling shipment-related inquiries Creates quotations and orders using SAP Completes all necessary follow-up and administrative tasks required Participates in special projects and other duties, as required Minimum Requirements: A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience in a customer helpdesk or call centre Post-secondary education in a technical-related field is an asset Bilingualism in French and English is an asset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience: customer service: 2 years (Required) Education: Secondary School (Preferred)
