Role Description: We are looking for a Manager of Analytics Development team to head up a local team working with the larger Conversant Analytics Development teams across the globe. This role will help to define solutions for given product and analytics initiatives, and drive solutions to delivery by effectively engaging with team members across the globe. The person in this role will be working closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization, so he or she must be able to communicate and keep them informed on overall health on projects. Specifically, the manager role will have leads and seniors reporting to him or her, so they must be able to both define and assign the workload as well as manage the people responsible for the work product. What you’ll do Work with members of the Conversant Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to develop and QA measurement and reporting solutions, specifically data feeds and Mesobase tools and queries. Ideal candidate can lead in the areas of: solution design, code development, quality assurance, business intelligence, cross team communication, and project management. HR managerial responsibilities are required in this role, including performance reviews and career advancement. What you’ll need Qualifications: 9+ years of industry experience with a Master's Degree in Statistics or related field (11+ preferred) Minimum of 2 years of managerial or led experience running teams. SQL Programming (Advanced Level) with experience using SQL to build custom datasets for reporting or analysis Experience managing corporate-wide initiatives with engineering, data warehouse, and business stakeholders Knowledge of data warehouse principles (relational tables) Strong understanding of Data structures and algorithms, Good experience in working with geographically and culturally diverse teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle complex products Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills Ability identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
