Responsibilities and Duties Job Description: Responsible for handling the process of, Billing Dept. and Reconciliation for risk insured clients. Handling services provided to different countries by calculating exact revenue through preparing an invoice for the services purchased by each buyer country known as International Revenue Share. Maintain a tracker for invoicing and updating all the project information. Responsible for billing fee and expenses in Accounts Receivables as per the invoice received. Created an efficient AR/AP team overseeing all activity through month end close and reporting. Responsible for handling US Billing team. Tracking the performance and reporting out weekly. Responsible for billing Fee & Expenses in account receivables per the invoice received Other details Job location – Mumbai (Goregaon East) Office timings – 11.30 AM to 9 PM (May – Dec) 5 Days working 10.30 AM to 9 PM (Jan – Apr) 6 Days working Job Type: Full-time Experience: total: 1 year (Preferred) Billing: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required) Industry: Accounting Job Duties: Accounts receivable Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews Additional Duties: Invoice processing Account reconciliation
