Roles & Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to Department head, the successful candidate will be involved in all phases of the software development life cycle – from requirements analysis, development, testing and implementation to on-going management and maintenance of the solutions, which include Analyse requirements based on specifications Design and develop applications and web portals Develop and manage reports, back office administrative tools Work with technical team to diagnose and resolve technical issues Manage change requests, integration with other external applications and databases o Develop and code custom web based applications using. NET Framework and SQL server on the backend o Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management o Able to work under pre-agreed timeline and maintaining high-quality standards o Continually maintains knowledge of best practices in Web Development o Works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow. Raise and discuss potential impacts on task delivery. CANDIDATE PROFILE General Bachelor degree or above in computer science or equivalent. Good English communication skills (listening, writing, speaking). Minimum 5-7 years of related work experience Strong experience in the development of web-based applications (front-end or backend internal websites). Proven record of accomplishment in working and managing large projects with multiple developers, testers and architects. Previous remotely professional experience is a plus. Stress management: is able to remain calm, objective and composed in stressful situations, and to remain efficient under pressure. Skills and Knowledge Possess analytical and problem solving. Proficient in Microsoft ASP.net web form, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal Report, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Entity Framework, WCF, Bootstrap and JQuery. A knowledge in Content Management System (CMS) will be an advantage. Good understanding and hands-on experience in OOP techniques and methodologies using C#, coding of a separated, multi-layers (data layer, business layer, and user interface layer, etc.) architecture. Candidate should be familiar with new technologies (e.g. Microservices, cloud technologies, DevOps). Understanding and experience on and Cloud computing (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS) is a plus. Organized, self-motivated, energetic, customer-driven, confident and assertive, accountable and have initiative. Willing to communicate and work constructively within a collaborative team in an international environment. A good team player.
