The team at EazyDiner consists of professionals with a strong and deep understanding of how restaurants work and what the guests expect. ‘EazyDiner’ is committed to leading the Indian dining revolution, with advanced database management of active diners and recommendations by top food critics Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities: Monitor outstanding payments and outstanding reservation materialization on a daily basis Call and meet clients and discuss their overdue payments Call and meet clients to materialize pending reservations Continue follow ups via e-mail, phone and meetings for overdue payments Analyze regular defaulters and recommend appropriate action plan of recovery Drive collection activity with keeping client centricity and organizations reputation and values in mind. Qualifications and Skills Requirements: Any graduate or post-graduate degree or diploma Candidate applying for a particular city, should have been in the city for at least 1 year Smart and energetic candidate Should be a go-getter Knowledge of collection techniques and experience will be an added advantage Working knowledge of MS Office and databases Benefits Shares of the Company (ESOPs) Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹300,000.00 to ₹500,000.00 /year Benefits: Provident fund (PF) Paid leaves / Leave encashment Travel allowance Meal card / Food coupons Phone / Internet reimbursement Industry: Hospitality & Tourism
