Our client based in Kempton is looking for an IT Security Engineer..6 month contract renewaable. Required Qualifications and Professional Certifications: IT Degree or BTech Degree Relevant IT Security Certification Experience (4-7 Years) Roles and Responsibilities Designing public key infrastructures, including use of certification authorities. Knowledge of X.509 and general certificate management processes. Ensure that all ACSA internal security certificates are maintained. Strong Understanding of TLS/SSL, PKI and key management, knowledge of HSMs, Digital Certificate Management, Certificate Authority and Code signing. Consult with other SMEs to identify PKI requirements and develop requirements documentation. Contribute to the technical direction on all areas of PKI architecture, strategies, automation and enforce governance & standards. Monitor internal Managed PKI and all expiry notifications to ensure no issues result from Certificate expiration. CA SSL/TLS Certificates for upcoming expiration dates. Revoke SSL Certificates which are no longer being used in Managed PKI. Provide guidance to key stakeholders on PKI life cycle, processes and procedures. Interact directly with vendor/s and SMEs for troubleshooting of certificate and key related issues. Establish and maintain documentation and process guides for requesting and distributing certificates. Provide technical guidance moving some of the manual certificate provisioning process to a more automated method including some scripting experience. Drive service improvement in all the above mentioned areas. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and clearly to both technical and non-technical staff. Ad visible until: 5 March 2020
