Responsibilities and Duties Job Description Manage end to end recruitment from understanding the demands and skills until the final placement. Tracking active and passive candidates by web recruiting, headhunting, references, job-postings, various groups. Responsible for keeping the hiring cost minimum, and close maximum Positions through effective utilization of all sources of recruitment. (Employee referrals, Campus hiring, Job portals- Indeed, Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Headhunting). Act as a single point of contact within the team for all the recruiting-related concerns. Business Partnering & Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity A§ Coordinate Induction and Training. Manage and resolves complex employee-related issues. Involve in retaining committed and fulfilled employees in the organization. General Administration and Leave Management. coordinate performance evaluation and periodic appraisals. Involve in updating policies and procedures of the organization.
