Beschäftigungsfeld We are currently seeking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic HR Manager based in Manila to act as a professional business partner of Doka to the management and employees. In this role, you will be responsible for the full HR spectrum, with a particular focus in Philippines and Australia. Country HR Responsibilities (Philippines and Australia): Support the Management Team in any employment relation matters Maintain SAP HR modules, support to handle payroll when required, manage visa & work permit processes Negotiate with insurance brokers and supervise claims Realize recruitment demands in close cooperation with the respective managers (from developing the hiring profile to the contracting) Ensure an efficient on-boarding phase for new joiners Drive and partner with the Regional HR team for Talent & Succession Management activities Initiate, in cooperation with the Management Team, staff development measures in the organization Constantly review performance-oriented compensation & benefits schemes Design and drive employee engagement activities Conduct manpower cost analysis and financial forecasting Regional Responsibilities: Support the Head of HR on special projects (e.g. recruitment, L&D, onboarding plan, career development, etc.) in the region on demand Support the Head of HR region in preparing presentations, data analysis, and documents Support with reviewing best practices, employee handbooks, and policies across the region Anforderungen Required (Education and Technical) Professional work experience in an HR Generalist role or similar. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration or equivalent Excellent verbal and written English skills Organized, proactive and can represent the company at the highest level to internal and external customers (Senior Leaders as well as candidates) Required (Attributes and Motivation) Good team player Ability to manage time and prioritize work Proactive approach and self-reliant personality Detail oriented Problem solving approach to handling queries and addressing issues Passion to learn and drive to succeed Preferred (Skills and Background): Proficient with SAP Familiar with Philippines labor law and / or Australia labor law with previous experience in handling employee relations If this is you, wait no more!
