In early 2020, Dalia launched a cutting-edge Sustainability Tracker. Despite it being early days, the product has already generated some buzz among Fortune 500 companies looking to gain insight into consumer perception of their brands’ sustainability efforts (or lack thereof). To build off of this initial buzz, we now need a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager. The journey that awaits you: You’ll be tasked with crafting and continually refining the brand and messaging of Dalia’s sustainability research with the aim of signalling credibility and expertise. Long term, we want to position our product as the go-to-solution for assessing the effectiveness of sustainability-related marketing which leverages Dalia’s strengths in highly automated, multi-country tracking research and our passion for sustainability. You’ll run diverse campaigns across multiple mediums to reach prospective enterprise clients (paid campaigns, websites, newsletters, white papers, press releases, social media, events, and more) and track success over time. This is a role for a highly creative yet data-driven marketer who is as comfortable mulling over strategy as they are with hands-on execution. Your challenge: You will develop and execute a marketing strategy that articulates and markets our sustainability tracking to Fortune 500 companies and other consumer brands. You will creatively tailor your marketing campaigns to the most suitable mediums: press releases, case studies, white papers, conferences, events, and so on. You will play a leading role in executing these campaigns - writing content and creative briefs for internal and external contributors to campaigns. Spread messaging and stories through paid marketing channels (e.g. Google ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), tweaking them as they run based on data, and adjusting spend with the ultimate goal of generating leads for the Sustainability Tracker’s sales team. A corollary goal of these campaigns will be to create awareness among our network of prospects. You will work closely with our sales team to help them achieve ambitious revenue targets and autonomously develop marketing roadmaps, set KPIs, and define the right channels to attract our buyer persona. Your profile includes: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a marketing, communications/PR or content creation function. Have a natural knack for tailoring your writing style to the audience you are addressing. You are a creative powerhouse who can conceptualise engaging stories and realize them in a variety of mediums. You can effortlessly fit these ideas into wider business and brand strategies. Experience with setting up, running, and measuring the success of paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Practical experience managing external contacts such as journalists, media production agencies, and other creative freelancers. Native English writing skills, and ability to translate often complex research concepts and results to a general audience in an easily understandable way. Extensive work experience with the go-to tools of content creation, content management, contribution, client engagement as well as analytics. Strategic thinking: you enjoy building best-in-class functional roadmaps and processes, set high quality standards, strive for continuous improvement and strategically plan for scale-up. Can-do-attitude and strong inner drive to get things done. You don’t wait for others to tell you what to do, you are self-driven and an internal change-maker. Dalia Research is committed to providing a respectful, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone who works here or with us, regardless of their gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion (or lack thereof).
