Our client are specialists in Worldwide escorted tours and are currently seeking an experienced Travel Expert to join their growing Sales team. You will help to achieve sales targets, convert customer enquiries into solid sales, show a good product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service to customers. Responsibilities: · Answer new and existing customer enquiries via phone and email · Process brochure requests · Generate and confirm bookings · Add on extras and make changes to confirmed bookings · Attend training sessions and participate in educationals as and when required Requirements: · Prior experience achieving sales targets, either within a call centre or retail environment · Knowledge of long and short haul destinations · A good knowledge of basic MS packages · Exceptional customer service skills · High standard of verbal and written communication · Good level of organisational skills · Professional and friendly Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm Saturdays 10am-2pm (you will be required to work 2 in 5) Salary: £22,000 + uncapped commission.
