Interview Process Crawford Sample Interview Process Application Review: Once you submit your curricula vitae you’ll receive a “Thank You” email to confirm that it was received and is being reviewed by our awesome talent acquisition team. We’ll keep you updated as we move through the hiring process, so be on the lookout for additional communications from us. Initial Screen: The second step in our hiring process is a video interview. But don’t freak out! You’re far more to us than just a resume. We want to get to know you as a person, and video interviews paint a colorful picture of who you are what you want to accomplish. So just sit back, relax and tell us about yourself. First Round: This step can vary depending on the role and location of the position for which you have applied. At this point, the hiring manager has seen your video interview and decided they would like to move forward with your candidacy. The hiring manager will reach out to you in order to schedule a brief phone screen, or invite you to do a formal interview (in office or via Skype, depending on location).
