The job seeks to supervise the realization of automation equipment in order to automate manufacturing steps of some of our products. These will be your tasks YOU WILL: Supervise the realization of custom made automated equipment tailored to our specifications. These machines will be designed in close partnership with sub-contractors. Follow the projects, from its specification to the validation on the production site, including the interactions with the subcontractors, validation and installation on site. Be the link between the R&D team, which designs the products and the manufacturing processes, and the production. Participate actively to the preparation of the transfer of new products to production, and will do the associated industrialization tasks: design of toolings and small equipment, automation, flow charts, data management, etc. You're offering these qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS: 5-10 years experience in the field of industrialization and the realization of automated equipment (internally or subcontracted), preferably in micro-mechanics (connectors, small size electromechanical components, biotechnologies), and if possible - in a clean room environment. Good knowledge of the design of tooling. Knowledge of a 3D CAS system (preferably SolidWorks). Knowledge in automation, robotics, data management. Proficient English.
