The Airfield Operations Manager/Assistant Manager oversees operational matters on the airfield which involves aircraft (aircrew), ATC (Changi Tower), licensed drivers (CAT1/1R) and airfield infrastructures. Your role requires you to enforce relevant runway and airfield safety regime and procedural control with the above airfield users. You will collaborate with Engineering colleagues to ensure asset compliance for safe and efficient operations on the airfield and provide operational inputs to key airfield projects and long-term airfield development. You will also analyse the factors affecting the airfield’s operational capacity and efficiency and actively seek to reduce them for e.g. runway downtime due to picking up of FOD or bird strike. Requirements Good degree in any discipline with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience Able to multi-task with good operational thinking and interpersonal skills to engage key stakeholders Experience in airside operations and familiarity with the airfield will be advantageous
