Supporting Bird’s industrial business, the successful candidate will apply exceptional organizational and administrative skills to help coordinate accommodations and travel to and from the project site for all project team members. Job Duties: Coordinate all travel, lodging, and logistical administration Work directly with the Project team to identify upcoming flight, site accommodation needs and scheduling Communicate with flight providers to establish flight schedules, availabilities, and bookings Create reporting and track specific information regarding accommodation and flight activities Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to flight bookings, or schedules Coordinate and directly communicate with all personnel regarding flight details and/or any related changes Support the project team with other administrative tasks as required Desired Skills and Qualifications 3 years of experience working in a similar or related role required Previous experience working within the construction industry considered an asset Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to coordinate team members High attention to detail and high standards for work produced Proven track record of successfully working in a high pressure, high pace, deadline-oriented environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities Willingness and flexibility to take on a wide variety of tasks High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with proven ability to learn new software programs quickly Able to work in an on-call capacity required We thank all applicants for their interest in the position but only those identified for further consideration will be contacted.
