This is a part-time position, that requires an enthusiastic and highly independent individual with a passion for vehicles and automotive parts. The Parts Driver is responsible for the proper handling and delivery of parts to each of Birchwood Honda Wests' parts customers. Additionally, the Parts Driver will: Assist the Parts Shipper/Receiver with daily tasks Provide support to the Parts Consultants when needed Act as the “face of the dealership” when delivering parts; upholding exceptional customer service Navigate the city in Honda’s parts van; ensuring city laws are followed accordingly Build customer rapport, and assist with other duties as assigned Hours of work are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9 am - 1 pm (or until deliveries are done) Essential Skills / Details Experience navigating the city of Winnipeg, with the ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Customer Service experience is preferred Automotive parts background is preferred, but not required Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and transportation to work Over the last 50 years, Birchwood has grown to become Manitoba’s largest network of automotive retailers.
